PhD Student working time

For reference, working time is from 8:45 am to 4:45 pm. It is forbidden to arrive before 7:00 am and leave after 7:30 pm. Your presence is mandatory from 9:30-11:30 am and 2:00 to 4:00 pm.

Medical service

Every year, a follow-up visit is organised by IFP medical service. It is also possible to get a vaccination appointment.

Libraries and knowledge bases

While writing your bibliography reports, you may use different documentation centres of IFP.

Works Council

The Website regrouping IFP-EN Works Council activities is available on the internal server for Rueil and Solaize. PhD students can also benefit Council's activities except for the housing help proposed to employees (1% logement). Some of the numerous activities include cultural committee, hiking committee, weekend committee or day on the snow, travel committee, holiday subsidies. Find out about "Family holidays" subsidy also available for PhD students (your holiday expenses partially reimbursed)! Applications open in October, think about doing it next year.

IFP-EN sports association (ASIP)
